We hope this message finds you all smiling and well. It’s been quite the adventure, hasn’t it? Today, we’ve got some really exciting news to share with you about the journey we’ve been on together and what’s coming next.
Big Moves, Big Steps
Guess what? We’re in the final stretch of moving our manufacturing to its new home! This has been a huge task - think packing up an entire house but then multiply that by a hundred. 😅 We’re so close to the finish line now, and we can’t wait to get everything up and running in its new location.

Shipping Completion for Over 85% of Backers
Firstly, we're thrilled to announce that over 85% of our backers, specifically those located in the EU and US, have had their rewards shipped. We're incredibly grateful for your support and patience throughout this journey, and we're excited for you to receive and enjoy your rewards.
Unexpected Manufacturing and Shipping Challenges
However, we've encountered an unforeseen situation with our manufacturing process that has impacted our ability to ship rewards to backers outside the EU and US. This situation was as unexpected for us as it is for you, and we understand the frustration and disappointment this may cause.

Short update on TileRec 2.0
Domestic backers: All US backers that filled in their surveys should have received their rewards or al least received a tracking. If that is not the case, please contact me for further inquiries.
EU backers: There were a few delays in shipping rewards to countries like Switzerland, UK and France, but now we have managed to resume shipping for all of them so if you still have not received your rewards, please check the tracking number you were provided for more details.
Worldwide:
Australia and Canada rewards were fully processed and shipped. If you are from these countries and still did not receive your rewards, please email your delivery address for us to check and be able to ship.
After the first batch of units sent to Asia, Middle East and Africa, which consisted of more than 67% of orders in these areas,we hit a wall of delays, restrictions, and regulations that apply for particular situations and we are still dealing with solving the situation. Your patience in the meantime is highly appreciated.

I am Lorina, and by now I feel I know many of you with whom I exchanged emails so I want to wish to wish you good health and high spirits for the new year!
Today, I bring you some important updates regarding our TileRec 2.0 project, along with a personal story close to my heart that I am eager to share with you.
US Shipping Update:Great news for our US backers! If you've completed the survey, your TileRec 2.0 should already be in your hands. We're thrilled that many of you are now experiencing the unique features of our world's slimmest voice recorder.
However, we've hit a slight snag. Three packages were returned to us, but rest assured, we will contact the respective backers shortly to resolve these issues.
International Shipping Update:
For our international backers, shipping beganin December. While many of you have already received your TileRec 2.0, a few packages are still in transit, so please check your order tracking details. Also, some packages that needed extra details are still with our forwarder and we are waiting for tracking updates. We are actively working with our forwarder and expect an update by the 10th of January.
Survey Reminder:
A gentle reminder to the 144 backers yet to complete their surveys – your responses are crucial for us to process your rewards. Please complete them at your earliest convenience.

You've known me as the coordinator behind TileRec 2.0, but today, I want to share a more intimate part of my life. I am an infertility survivor and a mother to a rainbow child. Throughout my journey, I've advocated for infertility awareness and discovered the strength to transform pain into purpose.
This personal journey inspired me to create "ovOlio" – a project born from my experience. This project is more than just a desk accessory; it's a symbol of my journey through infertility, a representation of the choices we make in life, and the perseverance to find joy and balance.
ovOlio, with its egg-shaped form and perpetual motion, embodies resilience, hope, and the power of choice. It's a daily reminder that life moves forward, even in stillness.
Launching ovOlio on Kickstarter on January 23rd is a leap of faith, a step towards celebrating my growth amidst the struggles. I am humbled to share this personal endeavor with you and would be grateful for your support.
