Dear backers, 

Link to the BackerKit surveys!

As we promised, we did our best and we managed to finish the first batch in time! We succeeded and all is set for shipping, as we really want to make sure you receive your rewards by Christmas!

The shipping process is already started, but we only have 76% of you that answered the surveys.

We have more than 350 backers that are still to fill in the surveys and confirm the delivery address!

Greetings, TileRec backers!

Good news, Backerkit surveys are coming soon to your inbox!

We sincerily thank you for your patience. We have not used Backerkit in a while, and given the size of our catalog, we wanted to make sure that we do not make any mistakes, if we can help it. So we tested, and tested some more, and then tested again.

You do not need to create a Backerkit accoutn to fill out our survey, just click on the survey link, fill it out, and you're all good to go! You will be able to answer questions about your rewards preferences, provide shipping information, and pledge for more of our unique voice recorders, if you'd like. 

If the email does not arrive in due time (make sure you check the spam folder as well), or if you need to review your information or pledge status, you will be able to recover your survey here: https://tilerec-recorder.backerkit.com/

We do hope you will be able to complete the surveys ASAP so we can start processing shipments for your rewards!

After the Kickstarter campaign ended, some of you asked if they can updgrade their pledge to a multiples tier. Also, others who did not get to pledge for TileRec 2.0 asked how can they still get it at the special price, so that is why we transitioned to InDemand.
